The key to the perfect burger starts with fresh ingredients, double grinding of Angus Chuck beef, slicing the cheese off the block, slicing the ham off the bone, freshly baked artisan buns, hand-cut fries, thick-cut bacon, and house-made sauces and aiolis. Appetizers had to be no exception, so it starts with fresh wings with delicious sauces and house-made Blue Moon beer batter used for Jalapeño Poppers, Fried Pickles, and Onion Rings. Fries are sauteed with white truffle oil, parsley and then topped off with finely grated asiago cheese. Pairing the Burger Bar's menu with the Electro Lounge's live music further solidified it as a truly original concept in order to establish itself as a brand.
